I’ve spent the last decade walking the path of healing both physically and spiritually. Through sacred plant medicines, functional medicine, homeopathy, and deep inner work, I’ve learned what it means to come home to myself. That journey continues to this day. I’m a student of many traditions, and I see myself as a bridge between the seen and unseen, the clinical and the sacred. Over the years, I’ve had the honor of supporting a wide range of people: those healing from cancer, integrative physicians seeking their own reconnection, and women preparing to call in a baby.
